## Migration Note

These docs used to live at `/home/user/000-configs/`. They've been moved here so the vault is the single source of truth. The `/home/user/000-configs/` directory still exists but is now a mirror.

Sync: when adding a new tool doc, save it in the vault (`000-configs/tools/`) and symlink or copy to `/home/user/000-configs/` if needed.
