Each research doc gets its own file. Suggested naming:

topic-name.md — short topic slug

Versus 02-notes

Folder	Purpose
`02-notes/`	Short notes, tasks, scratch work, per-task research
`06-research/`	Long-form, cited research output. Substantial enough to be its own doc.
